COMMUNITIES OFGALE RANCH IV

Tucked back in the rolling hills of San Ramon, California, the Communities of Gale Ranch IV Owners Association consists of 238 single family homes in three distinct home styles. The homes surround a beautiful recreation center with a pool, spa, splash pad, fitness center and community room that are perfectly designed for families and entertaining.

With an abundance of shopping centers, parks, hiking trails and top rated schools in close proximity, you can remain connected to the surrounding community while still being able to enjoy your personal sanctuary.

The pool is open for the summer! We’re excited to welcome residents back and are especially pleased to share that several major improvements were completed over the winter months.
 
During the off-season, the pool underwent a full replaster, which will help improve water quality, extend the life of the pool surface, and provide a cleaner, brighter swimming experience. In addition, the pool deck has been completely replaced with a new surface designed to be more durable, comfortable, and visually appealing for residents and guests and new umbrellas have been ordered and set out around the pool deck.
 
We look forward to everyone enjoying the refreshed pool area throughout the summer and appreciate the community’s patience while these upgrades were completed.

Pool Open!
Tuesday, May 5th to Sunday, October 11th, 6 AM – 9 PM Sunday through Thursday; 6 AM – 10 PM Friday and Saturday
We thank all residents in advance for adhering to the pool rules and reminding others to do so as well to ensure another safe swim season. There is no lifeguard on duty. Each owner is responsible for ensuring the safety of their family and guests. 
 
All pool users must have a key with them to enter the pool area. We ask that you help us ensure that our facility remains available only to Gale Ranch IV and Amarante homeowners/residents and their guests by not opening the gate for anyone who does not have a key.

Pool
There is no better place to lounge on a hot summer day than under one of the many private cabanas while the kids cool off in the pool or at the splash pad.

BBQ Area
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the pool, and BBQ your favorite food on one of the community grills!

Outdoor Fireplace
Once the sun sets, sit back and relax in front of the outdoor fireplace.
